Meet Our Leadership Team
Right out of high school, I attended technical school in Chippewa Falls, WI, where I studied Construction Management. From there, I stepped into the world of construction as an entry-level laborer with a national post-frame building company. With that company, I traveled across the upper Midwest, tackling projects that ranged from modest backyard sheds to sprawling, multi-million-dollar facilities. It was hands-on, gritty work that I loved—there’s nothing quite like the satisfaction of driving away from a completed project, knowing you built it with your own two hands.
But life changes. As my family began to grow, so did the challenge of being away from home for long stretches. I made the difficult decision to leave the road behind, trading my tool belt for a desk in sales and management with a smaller post-frame company. This role allowed me to stay closer to home while bringing my years of field experience to the design and planning phase. I realized my time in the field had given me an edge: I knew how materials worked together, how designs translated from paper to reality, and how to anticipate the challenges of real-world construction. Helping people create their dream buildings became my new passion. That passion was rooted in something much deeper. Growing up as a rural country kid in a town of just 500 people, I spent hours in the dirt, building imaginary projects with my 1/16th scale construction toys. Those early days sparked a dream of someday owning my own construction company. Years later, with a wife, six kids, a mortgage, and bills to pay, I found myself at a crossroads. The dream was still alive, and despite the risks, my wife didn’t hesitate. She told me she believed in me and encouraged me to take the leap. With her unwavering support, I launched Everlast Structures.
Starting this company has been the hardest thing I’ve ever done, but also the most rewarding. I’m proud of what Everlast Structures has become—not just a company that delivers exceptional buildings, but a business that provides good, stable jobs for our employees and subcontractors. When I’m not working, I spend every second I can with my wife and our seven kids. Whether we’re traveling together in our trusty 15-passenger Ford Transit, cheering from the sidelines at our children’s sports games and school events, we’re always making memories. Family is at the heart of everything I do.
I look forward to meeting you and working with you to create your dream building. Let’s build something incredible together!
